As discussed let us have your notice/ flyer/ email brochure ready by
tomorrow. leave a space to mention the lecture room no (most probably it
will be B 12/ 8/ 9). and pass it to Shyamal by copy me.

Hi Shaymal,

Once you got that attachement please get a printout and make some photo
copies. paste it in some common/ eye catching places to give some publicity
for lecture series organized by Linux User Group and share this with Ms
Pradeepa (Botany dept) as well. Our target group is mostly the uni
students those who are mor into computer Sc. So you are free to decide to
where it should go within the university.
