Hello,

As shown in the log, did you try running the mysql_upgrade script? Error
shows that your mysql.plugin table is not there. Try mysql_install_db script
too. Some times, it might create the necessary plugin tables to operate
mysqld. Not 100% sure, but you can try those. Try to locate those scripts
and run.
