[sinhala] Creating AMD64 ubuntu packages

I have, at the moment, access to AMD64 machines

if you want to create ubuntu packages for sayura as well as wijesekara
(and maybe even sinhala gnu/linux) PLEASE email me thsources, because
i frankly have no way of getting the sources because i am inside
schoolnet (which blocks a hell of a lot)

also i would need some advice on making the packages and testing them
to make sure they work under the OS

i am not doing this out of any altruistic sense either, but because
the schoolnet computers are being installed with ubntu (and some of
them have amd64 machines) and they need sinhala gnu/linux

I have 3 days to do it in
