I am not that keen to spend too much time to convince anyone by
"proving" that SLS 1134 is complete. I think it is complete, and it is
officially accepted and declared, and that's good enough for us to
continue.
However, see my comments about "dumriya" below.

"Dumriya" is encoded as:

None of the above codes are from outside the chart.
You are confused, because you think only in terms of the pictures on the
chart. Please read the technical paper by Gihan and Aruni which
explains the rest of it, which is also part of the standard. SLS 1134
if the collection of all those. Not just that chart.
