Hi Prabath,

That's exactly the goal of any language support project. Please see
my mail today morning about submitted patches list. See the link
below:

What you find in Mandrake is not Sri Lanka locale, but it's the
country information for Sri Lanka. Presently, it doesn't include
Sinhala. I have already submitted a patch to KDE, so that it will be
included in future releases.
