Did you enable spell checking? There is a bug in GTK/GNOME spell or
aspell which treats ZWJ as a whitespace. :-( Didn't have time to fix
this yet.
But otherwise, it should work perfectly!!! Are you using the latest
version of the font? I just verified it works on mine. But let me
re-check with the re-mastered Knoppix.
