Dear all i bought new laptop Compaq presario CQ61-203tx  with NVIEDIA card .
And i suppsoe to install ubuntu on it . but on ubuntu forums i found that
ubuntu causes over heating in compaq Presario CQ60 series.
 Shall i know any one using linux with compaq laptops . hp never recommend
this coz there also promoting microsoft by them selfe.

And i appreciate if any one have better suggestions other than ubuntu to be
installed. Im using fedora for 4 years and vista is a junk for me.

Im bit hesitating coz my laptop is only 5 days old . I think u can
understand my situation.

And please can any one tell why thede type of heating effects are occured.
as ubuntu forum its serious.
